Biography
Dmitry Palubin graduated in 2004 from the Law Faculty of the International University in Moscow with a degree in law.
He has been with Klishin & Partners since 2003 and was admitted to the Moscow regional register of advocates in 2007 under number 77/8566.
Dmitry Palubin represents clients before arbitrazh courts in economic disputes, bankruptcy cases, and matters concerning the transfer of title to participation interests, shares and other securities, as well as the activities of registrars and depositaries.
Selected matters
He has successfully challenged decisions of general meetings, boards of directors and supervisory boards, and defended clients in disputes over the invalidation of share and interest purchase agreements. He has repeatedly contested decisions of securities regulators, antitrust authorities, Rossport and the Federal Tax Service, and represented clients in administrative offence cases.
He successfully represents clients before courts of general jurisdiction in cases involving the establishment of legal facts, acceptance and division of inheritance, recovery of loan debt and foreclosure on pledged property.
He provides legal assistance against attempted seizures of real estate and production assets, including applications to arbitrazh courts, the police and prosecutors, and takes part in negotiations with hostile parties. He supports transactions in shares and participation interests, registers legal entities, securities issues and real estate rights, and participates in enforcement proceedings.
He works successfully on bankruptcy, subsidiary liability and creditor claims.
